Apartment Nives

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for staying at Nives apartment and having the chance to meet not only the best hosts ever but also the beautiful souls that Nives and her husband are. Both of them were so very Kind and helpful to me and my mom, we felt very safe and had the best time there. The apartment is very clean and the garden is breathtaking, it is also 5 min away from the beach which was the most important thing for us. We will one hundred percent return to Nives apartment and cannot wait until then, booking here was literally the best choice ever, I love you so much guys!!!

Absolutely nothing everything was perfect!

I had a truly great experience staying at Apartment Nives. Nives and her husband were both extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They gave me amazing local tips that really helped me explore and enjoy the city like a local. The apartment itself is cozy, spotless, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the biggest perks was the free private parking—a huge plus! It’s also in a perfect location: within walking distance to the beach and very close to the city center. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

The property was so beautiful. Our host, Nives, made sure we had everything we needed, she kept refreshing the iced tea for us. They had a beautiful organic garden with fruits, which she and her husband welcomed us to enjoy. The beach was just 200 meters away. All in all, a beautiful stay and the kindest host I’ve ever met.

Comfortable, well-equipped, self-contained apartment. Tranquil location - 5 mins walk to beach. Lovely garden with different fruit trees and interesting plants. Owners friendly and helpful. Extremely grateful for their help when left stranded at airport without my hire car. Hvala to Nives, Antun and Aya!

Everything was good. Nothing to dislike.

The apartment is very close to the beach (with a short cut, you can reach the beach in about five minutes). It is a very quiet area, in contrast to the atmosphere of the center of Zadar. The hosts are very friendly and ready to help. Near the apartment (about a five-minute walk) is the Taverna restaurant and a market, as well as the bus stop to the center of Zadar.

The owners were very kind and flexible: even though our plan was delayed and we arrived well after midnight, they kindly waited for us. They were very helpful with everything. :)

Nives place is in a beautiful peaceful area in Zadar with great access to the beach and the bus is a 5 minute walk to get to the centre and old town.

Great owners, even helped me to fix my motorbike issues. Everything was provided, and the place was exceptionally clean. Nobody smoked, which was a bonus, they offer only one apartment and they do look after it. Definitely recommend this place and the owners were just fantastic. They gave us advice, gave us fruit, just lovely people. A great place for even more than 1 night, just make sure you have your own transport to get around. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything, even though it was small. We felt great there. I would love to give this place 10* rating but I can't, because of the toilet issues.

Well, we only did not like 1 thing. Talking about the toilet. When you flushed it, 2 things usually happened - 1. the tank did not fill with the water and we had to "mend" it by ourselves or 2. it took really ages, like 15 minutes to get the toiled tank back to full. This prevented multiple flushes - by multiple people and made the toilet visit quite unpleasant to the degree that we did not really want to use it. The owner was really excellent and told us they tried to fix the issue multiple times, the problem was with the hardness of the water and blocked pipes. However, this really needs to be fixed, it was quite bothersome to use the toilet. Shame as everything else was just great and exceeded our expectations.
