Apartment Nives

The owners are super kind Nives and Antun Antun he is one of the kindest and friendliest persons I ever met in my life, he picked us from airport even though of are late Night flight, such a great man.The position is great, it is very close to beach. Bus stop 5 min by Foot, there is 10 min foot supermarket and very good bakery coffee shop. Room has a small kitchen equipped for cooking and long stay. I highly recommend it for best quality/price stay.

In short: perfect place, really nice and very clean apartment with all that you need during vacation. And very nice hosts:) Here we had a great rest! Together with my husband we planed shot vacations in Zadar. Apartment Nives were perfect for us: located not in the city but in the romantic and calm place. You still can easily come to Zadar in 15 minutes with local transport (bus station is nearby). Nives and her husband are perfect hosts. They gave us many advices that were really useful. They are adorable couple and it was a pleasure to communicate with them. We really looking forward next summer🙌

"I have been going to Zadar twice a year for the last 5 years, and I always stay near Beach. This time, I chose to stay in the Nives apartment, and I must say that I felt right at home and very welcomed. The apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished, very comfortable, and located in a peaceful area. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the nearest bakery is about a 10-minute walk. The bus stop to Zadar is a 6-minute walk. In the future, I will definitely return to this area and choose this accommodation again.

Had a lovely stay at Apartment Nives. The hosts, Nives and Anton, are incredibly kind and attentive and always available to provide helpful information about the area and suggest excursions. The apartment is a short 10-minute drive or a 15-minute bus ride to Old Town Zadar and is ideal if you are looking for a quieter location away from the busy tourist crowds. The nearest bus stop is only a short 5-7 minute walk from the apartment, and at the time of this review, buses run every 30 mins on weekdays and every hour on weekends and holidays. In terms of amenities, there's a restaurant a 5-min walk away, a bakery a 10-min walk away, and the nearest grocery store a 20-min walk away. The sea is within a 3-min walk and for those seeking a sandier beach with cafes and restaurants, Borik Beach is also accessible within a 20-30 min walk. The apartment itself is studio-style with a small patio area and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The studio is part of the family home, and Nives, Anton, and their adorable dog Aya live upstairs. The hosts are respectful of your privacy and always made sure I felt welcome. NIves even put beautiful flowers from the garden in the studio when she cleaned it which was a lovely surprise! I recommend Apartment Nives to anyone wanting a local experience in a small village setting. Anton and NIves are friendly, and kind and went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay!

It's worth noting that area of Diklo has limited amenities and is far away if you are on foot. I recommend having a car for convenience.

The hosts were very welcoming, kind and helpful, they suggested places to visit, foods to try. The place is very nice, we enjoyed every minute of our vacation there! We will definitely go back there the next year! The room was very clean, and tidy, equipped with all things necessary. :)
