A wonderful house practically on the beach. Close to the bus station, close to the store and restaurants-recommend the grill restaurant on the way to the other side of péninsule (Borik Beach) .Appartement is on the 1st floor, with a large balcony with an amazing sea/marina/beach view! The place is very clean and well equipped. You will find all you need in the kitchen and the bathroom. The owners live downstairs, but have a seperate entrance and they are really sweet and helpful women. Thank you so much for the best stay ever in Croatia ! Zadar is a great city and swimming in the crystal clear water of Puntamika beach stole my heart! Hope to visit again! 👍👍👍

Widok z balkonu przepiękny! Świetnie wyposażony pokój. Blisko plaża restauracje i bary. Duże wygodne łóżko. Miłym dodatkiem są ręczniki plażowe i mata. Bardzo udany pobyt. Dziękuję!

Die Straße direkt vorm Haus Katastrophe Lärm bis in die frühen Morgen Stunden zirka 1 km lang Party maile Rasen dort wie Geisteskranke

L’appartement est propre et bien équipé (matériel de cuisine, four etc) , l’hôte est très gentille et attentionnée et le clou du spectacle est bien sur le magnifique balcon avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer!

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien, mais a part ça, tout était super

De plek is prachtig. Fantastisch uitzicht en je kan zo vanuit je appartement naar de zee lopen. De eigenaren zijn super aardig en behulpzaam, we kregen verse druiven en vijgen uit eigen tuin

Had the most lovely stay in this delightful apartment located opposite the beach and offered stunning sea views from the large balcony. Hosts were super friendly and even got us gifts of homemade wine, olive oil and fruits, so thoughtful. Location is superb as you come out of the property the beach is right there (take beach shoes for the pebbles) to the right a bar called Bamboo is 5 minutes walk away, no food but lovely drinks there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the old town is a 30 minute walk away,€5 uber or catch the sea taxi which is a 10 minute walk away for a few euros each. Thankyou for making our first and definitely not last trip to Zadar so memorable 💖.
