Апартаменты в ЖК Варламова, рядом озеро Сайран

Чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое, все вопросы решались оперативно, ЖК находится на закрытой территории, что очень удобно. Есть классная детская площадка, удобный магазинчик прямо во дворе, хозяин апартаментов на связи и готов помочь. Хорошая кровать, отличный ремонт и очень все удобно расположено и продумано. Заселение бесконтактное. Все двери на кодовых замках. Близко озеро и красивая набережная. Интернет прекрасно работает, напор в душе хороший Есть несколько источников света, освещения достаточно.

Квартира на первом этаже находится, поэтому открывать окно сложно, шум, гам и крики во дворе слышны прекрасно. Кондиционер шумный.

personally I prefer to live far away from city, and tryna blend it the local's life, so this apartment is really a good choice. I was particularly happy at the sights of bunch of kids playing in playground alongside the tight security of the housing complex. ordering food delivery is easy too and for those with big luggage, fret not as the apartment is at ground floor.

the host did text us some instructions and door code, but it would really be great if he could get someone to direct us and guide us a little on navigating around, it doesn't hurt to have a 5 minutes walkaround, "check in process" to make the journey perfect and seamless.

extended our stay and the second room we changed into was far more superior and cleaner than the first, squarish layout is good and proper dining table sets. host's is responsive on WhatsApp and able to attend to your requests quickly. there's also a water dispenser at the courtyard of apartment complex, so refilling is easy for a long stay.

room 1 doesn't have soft pillows and clothes hangers are lesser
