"Reasonable view of the bay."

Room 409 has a balcony with a reasonable view of the bay, well equipped kitchenette, the bottle of red wine was a nice touch, seating both inside and on balcony. Seeing Dolphins in the bay from poolside. Poolside bar and snacks. Free parking.

Only two small lifts for the whole site. The stair access is shabby and gives a poor first impression of the property as does the approach corridor to the rooms. The wifi was not working in the room and poor elsewhere. The bed was small and uncomfortable. Note: the Rusty Pelican is closed and looks like will be for some time to come.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Facility was ALWAYS kept clean, any staff member would answer a question, laundry Facilities a Big Plus, Proximity to many eating places and a Bike,Jogging, Walking path along the water priceless!! Host was always very quick to respond to any questions. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

There was NOTHING TO dislike. Amenities were great, quiet at night and a Value for the buck, what's not to like. Everything was perfect. Wouldn't change a thing.

The place was a bit run down looking. The bed was uncomfortable. It tended to sink in the middle. What looked like beach access in the ad was just a big sandbox. Saw bugs in the apartment, especially at night. Renovation noises. Little space to place your stuff in the bedroom.

Location was nice overlooking the water, could not access the beach as advertised but I think it was only due to recent hurricane damage. Minutes to the airport, easy access to the city. Small and comfortable room with a nice balcony.

Only thing I would recommend is a better mattress, terribly uncomfortable.
