Great location and clean. If you change the couch and television places you would be able to have the water view while seated on the couch!

Building issue - not the unit: The elevator is extremely slow with no air circulation. Stairwells do not have any ventilation.

The condo was very clean, location was excellent, and the owners were responsive, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful .

The elevator is slow when the building is full.
