The location was excellent; very close to the train station. The owner was very helpful in recommending a beautiful restaurant. Check in instructions were very clear.

We couldn’t find a kettle.

Everything was well explained and on time. Apartment is in a nice complex, being so close to the station a bit of roughness is expected but it felt safe and good neighbourhood. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. And I loved the books that lay around! 🥰

The beds could be better. They’re ok but a bit on the soft side, a firmer base could make it more comfortable. But nothing mayor.

The apartment is in the perfect location for Porta Susa station, in a lovely old building. It is clean and warm and comfortable. The self-check-in worked really well.

The internet was slow.

Location was good, near by restaurants and bars. Short walk to main pedestrian area and close to metro. Host was very informative and always replied. Let us keep room as had late flight.

Not all sockets worked, wifi was connected but didn't work so had to use data. Towel had a mouldy smell .
