"With some small investments it has a great potential."

The location is great, easy access by foot to the center. Nearby underground paid parking (Palestro) is also an advantage.

The furniture is old and did not match and fit with the apartment.

They wait for us for a very late check in. Good location and nice facilities.

It was a bit cold the first day, till we asked how to manage the heat.

Unfortunately, due to circumstance beyond our control (plane/train cancellations), we were unable to stay here. I was hoping for a refund, but no response from the owners.

"Very lovely apartment"

Close to the train station and very quaing property.

An accessibility issue is that the apartment is on the 5th floor of the building, and the elevator is three steps up, only goes to the 4th level, and then two flights of stairs up. If guests are aware of this, then it is not issue. May be a problem for those with accessibility issues.
