Lovely apartment in a perfect location. Barbara is a gracious and expert host. Some nice welcome touches. Walk to everything, plus just 2 minutes to the evening buzz of piazza Filiberto . Also to Casa Amelie for Michelin star restaurant trained chef Guido Perino and his super friendly service

No issues

Extremely clean and very cozy, in a peaceful area of the old city, in a beautiful building. All you need in order to spend a wonderful time in Torino. Walking distance from the city center and all the amazing museums. 15 min walk to Porta Susa railway station. Barbara was extremely kind and helpful suggesting nice places to eat close by. Easy check-in process since we arrived very late and just as easy check-out. An overall excellent experience.

Central location, clean, quiet and safe.

It was roomy, ample storage for a weeks worth of clothes. The kitchen was very well stocked from pots and pans to cooking supplies. I had the ability to adjust the heat as needed. Barbara is very responsive and helpful.

What I didn’t like about the property was the end tables. They are metal. Metal drains the battery from your phone or EarPods. I just moved a chair over and relocated the table for my stay. The photo of the living room showed a rug. It made the room look warmer. The rug was not there for our visit leaving the worn concrete painted floor looking worn and showing dust that accumulated during our stay. But the biggest disappointment was using the washing machine. I was able to get it to work just once. Barbara came over and did the exact same trouble shooting we did and it “magically” worked for her. Not a deal breaker, just disappointing. And thru no fault of this listing, I was given a link of a garage to park our car. Great location, but the garage was closed on Sunday and we could get our car out.

I have stayed 4 weeks in Santa Chiara Suite in Turin. My stay was fantastic. I worked from the appartment, remotely. The internet is fast and excellent, not a single problem in 28 days. The neighbourhood is very nice. The host is superfriendly and attentive.

All was good, the chair isn’t suitable for computerwork, but I fixed that.

Barbara was wonderful to deal with and the location was perfect

On Friday night starting in the early evening an alarm went off and on all through the night into Saturday morning, which made it very hard to sleep. Saturday night and Sunday morning we had no hot water to shower. Neither of these are Barbara’s fault but those were the things that made it uncomfortable.

Apartment was spacious, bright and airy, location was excellent, and host Barbara was most welcoming. Good water pressure in shower, bed was comfortable, and washer was so appreciated.

Cleaning outside the shower enclosure floor could have been better. Air conditioner did not cool very well....then again it was very hot during our time. Still a very nice apartment.
