Location was great for visiting the city historic sights. There were very good restaurants nearby. It was quiet at night with the windows closed.

The apartment was stuffy. The electricity was a problem. The guide to the apartment warned us not to use the induction hob and the electric kettle simultaneously. There was air conditioning in the bedroom and kitchen which wasn’t the most efficient because the cold air was under a window sill.

My husband and loved everything about the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, the sofa was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable with quality linens. There was plenty of storage and there was always hot water. Barbara, the owner was so helpful and nice. She explained the wash machine,dishwasher, and stovetop and all worked well. The WiFi worked perfectly. We had an emergency when I tripped and fell on a street. We communicated with Barbara through WhatsApp and she called a taxi for us to go to the nearest hospital. My arm was broken and she was very accommodating about helping us. She couldn’t have been nicer and I was so appreciative.

My parents were thrilled with the apartment itself. It was very clean and very nicely done. The location was superb you cannot ask for more. This property had it all and made my parents trip to Turin more special.

The location was appropriate and the flat was actually nice (but this was a studio flat). The property manager Barbara was very kind and we were able to understand each other.

There was a misunderstanding with the post and apparently I booked the studio flat instead of the one bedroom apartment. Unfortunately this flat was too small for me so I had to move somewhere else (the other property was occupied)

Big space to stay and nice for family.

The air conditions are not so cold but better than nothing.
