Apartment near the Harbour

Kätevä yöpyminen sataman lähellä, vaikkakin tietyöt kierrättivät melko pitkän reitin kautta asunnolle

Huoneisto oli melko myöhään valmis ja ei kovin siisti. Soveltui kuitenkin hyvin yhden yön yöi nukkumiseen.

It was a great location, very near to the bus stop and ferry terminal. The house is on ground floor, next to play ground, you can watch your kids from inside the house.

The house was very dirty. When we arrived, there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dirty bed sheets on the bathroom's floor. The house was dirty everywhere, blanket was very bad smelly. We had to wait for the owner to come and clean. But he only put the dishwasher on and changed the bed sheets, not vacumn the house. I was wondering how long the house was cleaned before. It's not a good place if you are travelling with kid, even though we liked the location very much, especially the playground next to the house. The house doesnot have blackout curtain which made us very difficult to sleep as it was very bright.

Asunto kuitenkin suht pieni, joten huonekaluja olisi hyvä miettiä sopivimmaksi tai karsia. Siisteyteen olisi hyvä kiinnittää enemmän huomiota.

Veidikese jäi puhastamisega vajakka. Muidu,üpris hea.

The kitchen door was broken, and the apartment was completely covered in dust. There was a lot of stuff all over the apartment - drying laundry, dirty linens on the floor, etc. The host didn’t reply to any of my questions. The worst experience ever.

Stort badrum. Tv. Rätt så nytt hus. Boendet fyllde sitt syfte för att övernatta nära hamnen.

Lite trångt och dammigt.

Nett eingerichtet. Die Dusche hat einen guten Druck. Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr nah am Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Busverbindungen in die Innenstadt sind quasi vor der Tür. Man kann auch zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen, wenn man Lust auf einen Spaziergang hat.

Die Wohnung wirkte schnell fertig gemacht als wir ankamen. Das Bett war teils zerwühlt, es war noch Wäsche in der Waschmaschine, die Spülmaschine war beladen. Nichts, womit man nicht fertig wird, aber doch ein seltsamer erster Eindruck

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at these apartments in Turku. The condition of the room upon arrival was shocking — it was obvious that it had not been cleaned at all before my check-in. The bathroom was in terrible condition: dirty, with visible residue and traces from previous guests. The entire room was covered in hair, which is absolutely unacceptable. It was clear that no proper cleaning had been done. The kitchen area was no better: there were dirty dishes left in the sink, and the refrigerator contained leftover food from previous guests, including expired items. It felt as if the apartment had not been prepared at all for new occupants. I have photo evidence of everything described above and can provide it if necessary. Such treatment of guests is completely unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied and strongly do not recommend these apartments to other travelers. Given the situation, I believe it is appropriate to request compensation for the moral distress and for the fact that the accommodation did not meet even basic standards. I expect a response and a resolution to this issue.
