I would rate this apartment 100 out of 10. Location - amazing, next to the sea and all the places you would want to visit in Zadar, sea organ, promenade, old market all walking distance. Close to all the beaches as well. AC was amazing after 35° C heat. View - breathtaking, very comfortable beds and all in all everything you need to enjoy your stay in this beautiful city.

"I think you would struggle to find better"

Perfect location and beautiful apartment with the most amazing view. Just a very short walk to beautiful restaurants as well as the sea organ. I was a bit concerned when I saw the outside of the building but it is amazing inside. It has every home comfort you could need, extremely well stocked. Very high quality fixtures and fittings. I would stay here again.

Others have commented on issues with showers. It’s a third story apartment and the pressure is not great. The tub however is great and that has a shower head that is easy to get a decent shower with.

"Fantastic Location and Luxury Finishes & Furnishings"

The host was handon and very responsive, which made communitcation easy. The home is beautifully finished and furnished - absolutely stunning! And the view was over the top incredible!!!

The primary showers only had scalding hot water and the other shower had very low pressure and room temperature water so showering was unpleasant.

"Decent but some things need fixing in order to be worth it"

Good location. Great water/sunset view. Well decorated. Spacious. Comfortable furniture. Easy to reach manager.

No designated parking. Showerheads/water pressure did not work properly. Dryer did not work. Air conditioning works but no instructions provided so confusing to get going. Thin walls in bedroom, were kept awake by residents of adjoining apartment.

The apartment was perfect in every way. This host definitely designed the place well. The AC worked wonderfully even though it was very hot outside. The view was incredible. Easy walking distance to the old part of town. The cost is high for this place but you definitely get your money's worth. The host recommended a few restaurants which were great!

All was great. If anything, The place was on the third floor and there was no elevator. No big deal. After eating all the great food the exercise was needed.
