Perfect location for staying in Zadar Old Town

The location is fabulous, the view is wonderful, and it is within easy walking of the old town and many interesting sites. It was clean and charming

The property itself is great. The only thing you need to be really aware of is that there is no elevator so you will be carting your luggage and supplies up the many staircases.

Location, tub

Location, beautifully styled, separate bathrooms and a 6-foot soaking tub. Watch the people lined up to see the sunset from the balcony, or bedroom window. Steps to the solar light show and delicious eateries. Open the windows and doors to let in the delicious breeze. Denis was so helpful! Eat at Morita, so close and so delish.

We loved it all. Others might have issue with being on the 3rd floor and no elevator, we did not. We had a bit of trouble finding parking on a Sunday, but worked it out.

The decor is amazing, and the location is superb. The apartment is well equipped. Communication was very good and the owner was always helpful. He even allowed us to get into the apartment 2h before the checkin.

The warm water ran out quickly so 2 of us needed to take a cold shower in the first night. There is no elevator and the apartment was on the 3rd floor, so we needed to carry heavy suitcases on our own.

Beautiful property with lots of detail. Great location. Lots of space, lovely layout. Washing machine provided. Luxury towels and amenities included. Amazing water views. Note this apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. The outside building entrance is very dirty looking (don't let that put you off) but the apartment is great.

The very noisy ferry that parks right outside the apartment and stays there overnight - its a shame as we needed to close our windows - but it was only there one night
