Luxury Residence Zadar

Superb location , great apartment and very stylish design. this is an exceptional property with stunning uninterrupted views of the seafront, islands and light sculpture and the owners look after you well - fruit, coffee, wine on arrival . it is well equipped - great fridge coffee makers and air conditioning. Not many places have a jacuzzi overlooking the sea. off street parking available and we always managed to find a space . walking distance from whole of Zadar .

The location is superb, on the riva with a beautiful sunset view. You can also see the Greeting to the Sun from the balcony. The spacious apartment is on the 3rd floor and the decor is lovely. Denis helped us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. I highly recommend this Zadar rental!

What a stunning property, this may have been the best place I've ever stayed ❤️ We absolutely loved it, location was also really good but the decor, the bath tub , the bed , the balcony with the sunset view, absolutely perfect. I would actually consider visiting Zadar again just to stay here.

Excellent location with the view. The apartment is excellently equipped, and I really appreciated the fact that they had extra e.g. kitchen paper rolls.

Retro-modern taps in the bathrooms were a bit confusing

If you get a chance to stay at this place, don’t hesitate! Beautiful apartment with spectacular views! Spacious balcony was a great place to sit and admire the ocean view! Denis was a great host and provided us with some great tips on where to park for free close to the apartment. The apartment is located on the third floor but the steps up were wide and not difficult with luggage. Exactly as shown in the photos, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well and in all the rooms. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully functioning kitchen and plenty of space! A luxury in the city. Would love to visit again!
