Apartment DS

The location is amazing and the apartment is perfect for up to 6 people. Everything you might need is inside, including air conditioning but the real value is found outside. It is located right in the center of the Zadar Old Town - cafes, restaurants and even shops are all here. Even though there are people outside at all times, the apartment isn't noisy and blinds work really well for blocking the sun. Can recommend!

The choice of bed linen was a bit cheesy but changed nothing with regards to the actual experience. The towels could use some fabric softener - they were clean but hard. Nothing that really matters though. You only should be aware of quite some stairs and obviously there's no elevator.

Spacious accommodation right in the heart of the old town. The apartment had everything you needed.

The number of stairs but this is not unique to this property when you travel through the Balkins. Parking was off sight but reasonably priced if you could get a spot.

The apartment is in the middle of town with everything close by. The two bedrooms were a good size and so was the kitchen and bathroom. We didn't really use the living room. One of the bedrooms did not have an air conditioner. The air unit was in the hall so we had to leave the bedroom door open so the air could reach the bedroom.

It is hard to find the apartment. They need a better sign pointing up, to go upstairs, one more flight, to find the apartment. There is no elevator in the building. The location is very good but because it is in the middle of everything, you can hear some noise from the outside. There were no instructions inside the apartment to leave this one stitch on, outside the bathroom so the water heater would work. I had to call and ask why we no longer had hot water and he did reply right away. Also the shower in the bathroom is oddly built and the water sprayed everywhere and leaked outside. The 2nd bedroom needs its own air unit.

very good apartments in the old town of Zadar. The car is left in the city at a paid parking lot. If I had to go back to Zadara, I would go back to these places.
