Paulo was so friendly and welcoming and full of useful information and passed on discounts he had negotiated to us. He provided QR coded maps of Aveiro and had all the local knowledge re when to visit what. What can I say about Aveiro?? What an absolutely beautiful place - I couldn't get enough of it and walked all over. The canals and boats are just beautiful. The accommodation is ideally located, within walking distance of everything.

It’s ALL there except air conditioning and if that does not bother you (there are plenty of fans) this is a great place to stay. Paulo met us at the address and welcomed us with a glass of if port and lots of recommendations for places to eat etc. This was a really nice personal touch and he is a lovely guy. Paulo has thought of everything guests might need and it’s all that at your fingertips. There are some very useful laminated walking maps and the town centre, canals and museums are a few minutes walk away. There is not much noise at night and the beds are comfortable. Thanks Paulo we enjoyed our stay.

No air conditioning but I knew that when I booked . Unfortunately we had a couple of extremely hot days for June. We managed.
