Clean and quiet

Just the location as we had to go to zamna almost everyday and its near to zamna, centro and to the beach as well.

Everything except location. A)Daniella and miguella never replies unless they want something from you. B) we stayed for 10 days and 80 percent of the times the internet was not working. There is no network as well in this area C) the cleaning staff is pathetic, the pool is so dirty you cannot go in and half of the people shifted somewhere else from this place D) half times the main gate battery would die and you can not enter the apartment area as you cannot login inside E) one night we were stuck outside astheir password lock at front gate battery was dead and no one opened so late in the night F) non responsive, non helpful and utterly rude staff.

The location of the place is okay.

I do not even know where to start: The place is dirty. The showers are all greasy. There are stains on the wall and on the floor. The towels were not changed for over a week even after asking. The bedsheets have weird stains. We found hairs on the pillows the moment we arrived. The appartment is also not in a good shape. The walls are dirty and anything but white. So avoid at all cost. I have been in a lot of hotels but this one is the worst one I have stayed in. The pool is also very dirty with lots of garbage inside.

The flat is super nice and modern, not too far from the centre. If you are looking to stay a few days in Tulum and planning on going out a lot then this is a perfect apartment for you, big bathrooms and bedrooms. We enjoyed ourselves and the owner was super accommodating.

The pool area can be maintained a bit more. In the pictures it looks really nice and clean but in reality it needs some work done so if you want a day to yourself and just chill by the pool you couldn't really do that as it's a bit mucky. But I understand this might be the apartment block owner responsibility.

We had a great time with 2 families in one appartment. Nice hotel a little outside of the main area.

Pool could be cleaned more often (leaves), but still very cosy pool area. One shower was defect.

The apartments were relatively clean and it was about a 20 minute walk to the main area of Tulum

We were given a room without a washing machine and sofa bed despite booking a room that was supposed to have both. We were moved relatively quickly to a room with a broken sofa bed and a washing machine but we had no water for the two days we stayed there. Little communication from the host who was never on site and no refund for five people who couldn't use the toilet, shower, cook or wash clothes. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

poor communication, the person in charge only answered one call, then ignored all my texts and calls, there were not a front desk, nobody was there, they left only 2 towels for 5 people, very disappointing.

The pool was good

Complaining guest about having fun while u spent your money on a air bnb. Property management threatened to turn water off for 500 pesos. Dirty towels no soap or bathroom tissue if your black don’t go there they are extremely racist.
