Ubytování ve vile Franco naplnilo naše očekávání – vše odpovídalo popisu a pobyt byl velmi příjemný. Bylo skvělé vrátit se po letech právě do Zadaru a znovu si užít jeho jedinečnou atmosféru. Děkujeme!

"Es gent, wenn man solche Umstände akzeptiert."

Lage ist OK, weniger als 100 meter zum Meer, Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Bus Richtung Zentrum in der Nähe, Apartment gut durchdacht und eingerichtet, alles notwendige vorhanden.

Zustand der Apartment: - Abfluss in der Dusche ist undicht, schon nach 3 Minuten steht das Wasser auf dem Boden. - Eingangstür außen lässt sich nicht von innen abschließen, und innere Tür geht überhaupt nicht zu. - Schublade für Besteck war ziemlich dreckig, und zwar schon seit Langem. - Mühltonne für Plastik etc. war die ganze Woche voll. - Wi-Fi Geschwindigkeit hat gerade noch gepasst, aber permanente Abbruche, die dann stundenlang dauern, nicht akzeptabel.

The location is perfect — just a two-minute walk to the beach with crystal clear water. We arrived early and were kindly offered an early check-in, which was very convenient. Getting to the city center is easy: you can either take a bus from the nearby stop or enjoy a pleasant walk along the seaside.

Überdachter Balkon mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Gute Lage mit kurzer Entfernung zum Meer und zum nächsten Supermarkt. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. So durften wir am Abreisetag anstatt 10:00Uhr bis zur Abreise um 13:00Uhr in der Wohnung bleiben.

Dusche sehr klein, Duschkopf Halterung defekt, kein Backofen oder Mikrowelle, die Bettwäsche hatte zum Teil Flecken.

This is the closest place to the beach I've ever been. 130 footsteps (counted!) and you're on the beach. It's even closer to a store where you can buy food, drinks and all the stuff you or your kids may want on the beach. The location is perfect and the place itself is also very nice. The contact with the owner via the chat is also flawless. When I'm in Zadar again, I won't even bother checking other places.
