Villa Franco Zadar

The apartment was amazing, super clean, so good location (literally 2 min from the coast), and the host was understanding and could accommodate our needs🫶🏻💕. I would definitely recommend if your searching a good relaxing beach time, and also just about 10 min by car (bolt was about 5€, so nice) from the city center. Thank u so much for letting us stay, our vacations were wonderful and super worth it💘⭐️.

Everything was as expected, the only thing that would be better, and i say it as constructive criticism☺️, is if the kitchen was improved a bit; more cutlery (the knives were dull) and maybe smaller pans. But overall we were able to figure it out, but we do think this would a better improvement.🥰

Location is top over the top, 2 mins walk and you are swimming in the amazing sea. All stuff for cooking- like it. Good beds for family with 2 kids. Near is the bus stop, so it is easy to reach the hystorical centre of Zadar. So, price/quality is met for me.

It was told that there are two parking places available but the one behind the house was so tight that it was not really possible to go there by car.

Nice balcony with a view to the sea. Location is perfect - only few minute to the beach, a shop and places to eat nearby. Bathroom had hairdryer and soap, enough towels. Self check-in.

Kitchen equipment outdated. Cutting board definitely needs to be thrown away. Knifes not sharp. No microwave. Though there were enough plates, glasses, cups, etc. paper towel, spices, oil, some sugar and coffee so this was nice.

the possibility of eating meals on the terrace overlooking the sea was very nice

This place is very close to the beach, we had a sea view from the second floor apartment. Air conditioning is quite good.

Parking was not easy. The property has only 3 front parking lots which were always occupied. The back parking area is a bit tricky to manage driving in and out (especially out), but I guess it's a general problem in that neighborhood.
