La posizione centrale, la tranquillità. Viene fornito tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di qualche giorno (caffè, thè, zucchero, sale, olio e aceto). La disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario. Gli scorci sulla città dalle finestre.

Il letto è da sostituire, non permette di riposare correttamente. La pulizia della cucina scarsa, le spugnette imbarazzanti. Il bagno funzionale ma minuscolo. Le scale sono super ripide non adatte a chi ha qualche problema di mobilità.
