The host was friendly. The location is in a walking distance from the city centre. Good for a one night stay.

The apartment was worn out and a bit dirty. There were minimal amount of kitchenware. Steep steps.

The host, Patrice, is lovely - very welcoming and accomodating. She genuinely cares about her guests and ensures you have the best stay in Arezzo. The flat is in the city walls, just a short walk away from all the sights of beautiful Arezzo. The flat is homely, comfortable (lovely bed and shower) and exquisitely decorated. Enchanting flat indeed! We enjoyed our stay, and would happily go back!

Good location. Quiet, comfortable, big enough, thoughtfully renovated apartment, well equipped.

The mattress is a bit soft.
