Only negatives for this accommodation. The pictures posted did not match the reality of the apartment. The whole place needs a makeover and deep clean. - bedding was old, double bed had black bedsheets and no cover for the quilt. Bed linen should be white, guests should be able see if sheets are clean and laundered. - Single bedding- holes in the blankets - Shower/bath - lots of black mold, no shower curtain - bathroom, no soap in dispenser, a cake of used soap left from previous guest - Kitchen- loud, rusted out fridge- no handsoap - Lounge- cushions were thin and grimy. We reported directly to the owner we had seen a mouse and several cockroaches. Her response indicated she did not believe me and wanted some photographic evidence. We did not like this place at all. It felt dirty and and unsanitary. The day we departed the accommodation my son who slept on the single bed found some bug bites. Since then, more have appeared all over his body and this has impacted the rest of our trip in Italy.
GBThe whole experience was great, it was a memorable time for the family. Although the weather was unbearable at times our room stood as a refreshing stronghold for our exploration of the city, the AC in the room kept our room at a cool temperature. Further, the location was ideal for us, it allowed for easy access to the beach, as well as the city centre for us to go shopping.

SGEverything you eed from washer, cooker, utensils, towels etc.
Water was leaking dont know from where and host responded to get plumber. The shower is difficult to control temperature so water is very hot. House heater not warm enough. It would be better if host is more communicative.
