Property needs an upgrade of the shower and either air conditioning or at least another fan. The overnight temperature only went down to 28 degrees which meant sleep was difficult.

FIHouse in a strategic position, very close to everything in town and with an amazing amazing view on the Basilica.
The house has no air conditioning and in summer days is very hot inside. For me it was difficult to sleep. A very basic fan is offered but it can cover only one of the bedrooms. On another note, the kitchen has only one malformed and scratched Teflon pan (scratched Teflon pans are dangerous for your health to be used). So that should be improved.
LVIt is not very comfortable to take a shower. The shower curtain is needed, otherwise water flushes everywhere.
USWow! A view of the Basilica out the window! Couldn't ask for a better location for the apartment. We had a bit of a communication issue at the beginning but it all worked out.
ITUSWonderful location! We were close to the city center and steps away from the Basilica of Saint Frances of Assisi.
We had no issues other than the tub could have used a certain for showering.
