Plaza Nueva apartment by People Rentals

La posizione dell'appartamento è eccezionale nel centro storico. Comodissimo per 4 persone super attrezzato. Anche se si affaccia sul portico della piazza nueva molto affollato con le finestre chiuse è silenziosissimo. Anche se senza aria condizionata rimane naturalmente fresco e confortevole.

Manca uno specchio nella casa c'è solo quello sopra al lavabo del bagno e in 4 persone un secondo sarebbe stato comodo... ma è una critica irrisoria solo in consiglio x migliorare sempre di più.

Da die Wohnung direkt über einer Bar / Restaurant liegt, war es nicht möglich die Zimmer zu lüften. Es hat selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern stark nach Essen gerochen. Ein weiterer Grund die Fenster nicht zu öffnen waren die sehr stark verschmutzten Hinterhöfe. Beim Betreten der Wohnung ist uns direkt eine Kakerlake entgegengelaufen! Wir haben daraufhin versucht die Vermieter telefonisch zu erreichen, leider ohne Erfolg!

Das Appartement war sehr großzügig, die Couch perfekt zum Ausruhen nach den Spaziergängen durch die Stadt und die Lage am Plaza Nueva hervorragend.

Good location

Great location. As others say, despite overlooking the square it is very well soundproofed, even on a busy rugby weekend! Instructions to get in were straightforward, it’s near so many amenities and the place itself is well stocked with kitchen appliances, crockery and cutlery. Despite the temperatures it also stayed pretty cool in there the majority of the time.

The bedroom that is partitioned from the living room could do with a big curtain rather than just the glass for privacy, but since the other bedroom is all the way down the hall it didn’t really bother us.

Había un solo baño con una puerta corrediza indeleble y que a veces se abría sola, lo cual era incómodo. Si el baño tuviese una puerta normal, sería perfecto. También recomiendo tener sal.

Perfect location in the best plaza in the city. Bars and restaurants on your doorstep, mixing with the locals and soaking up the atmosphere and sun in the square.

The main bedroom is partitioned by a window from the rest of the apartment. So privacy can be an issue if that bothers your group.

Très bel appartement, hyper bien situé en plein centre de la vieille ville et sur une très jolie place, avec plein de restos et bars. Tous les quartiers de Bilbao sont facilement accessibles à pieds. Mention spéciale pour la décoration du logement et la réactivité du prestataire suite à plusieurs demandes de notre part, encore un GRAND MERCI ! et ceci grâce à une communication fluide et réactive via la messagerie Booking.

La salle de bains est assez petite proportionnellement à l'appartement et il n'y en a qu'une seule, idem pour le WC qui est dans la salle de bains.
