Bolton Executive Apartment

Excellent apartment and great comms from host.

Comfortable space, lots of room, 2 bathrooms, secure entry, lots of equipment in kitchen, travel cot, good communication with owner

Could do with new blinds especially in bedrooms, carpets need a clean, instructions for cooker and boiler would have been useful but we worked out the cooker and the owner got back to us very quickly re the boiler!

Excellent location and very clear instructions on how to locate key safe. Lovely and warm on a very cold weekend Parking spot Good facilities in the flat (kettle, toaster, fridge etc) It was clean. There was plenty of bed linen, towels and blankets.

It was advertised as 3 bedrooms but there were 2. And our booking made it clear we were 3 adults and 2 older teenagers. Sofa bed in the lounge was very old, very stained and uncomfortable. So one member of the party had to go to the Premier Inn. We were attending a funeral so this added to the stress of our stay. Not to mention the cost. A warning should be given about the humps at the entrance as the middle one is quite high and even at the slowest speed would scrape the bottom of my small car. Definitely not the luxury, executive experience promised in the title!

How easy it was

Nothing

The location is great, and only a stones throw from the bus stop. The apartment itself is very spacious and has everything you need. There were towels, iron/iron boarding, cleaning products. So you didn't want for anything. All round a great apartment!

No faults at all really, bar maybe the beds could have been a little comfier. But this is only a small thing. It's a great base for a few days in Bolton
