Bolton Executive Apartment

I liked the location, the ease of check in, the spacious apartment, the amenities - towels, tissues, duvet etc

He’s were quite uncomfortable. A chair by the dining table was broken, the rug had some stains, the bathroom is rugged - with a mouldish smell, the hot water pressure is so low while the cold water pressure is excessive, the blinds don’t keep out the sunlight.

Property was lovely and clean, plenty of cleaning products to keep on top of it too (for longer stays), beds were really comfy, great location, host was informative before hand and really fast at responding.

The blinds weren’t very good at keeping the sunshine out on bright summer mornings and it could have done with a bathroom mirror.

The main bedroom was massive. The apartment was secure and safe. The communication with the owner was second to not be with clear and concise instructions on how to get access.

Wonderful quiet location, collecting the key was contactless and breeze, all Information was emailed with a mobile number for the host. The apartment itself was well stocked, all you need for self contained visit, kitchen had plates knives, cooking utensils, even ketchup/tea/coffee/sugar. Bedrooms were big again all you need is there, towels, hair drying iron and ironing board. 2 tvs one in the bedroom and good wifi, very happy. Queens park is just 5 minutes away and town is half an hour walk away, checking out was as easy, well recommended.

Car parking spaces are very narrow, not the hosts fault, but the neighbours were so good, they parked in the visitor section to give each other space.

Very spacious, tidy flat. Safe and secure and having a parking space was handy. Fairly quiet. Communication was good and helpful when hot water wasn't working.

Hot water for bath and washing up was hit and miss. Timer not working so had to click on boost in mornings. But tank would empty of hot water quickly. Showers were electric so not affected but they are not very powerful.
