La climatisation faisait bcp de bruit et les chambres très mal insonorisé on entendait tout des chambres à côté en étant dans la chambre sans même vouloir écouter.

Room was comfortable enough with space for one person. Two towels were provided along with some kcups for the kitchen and detergent for the laundry (laundry/dryer still had their own fees to use). Bathroom was recently renovated but was missing the hair dryer.

Way too expensive for what was provided and the location. Extremely noisy at all hours of the day and 10x worse at night due to the bar across the street. On street parking is almost non-existent and is metered during the day on weekdays so if you're driving in good luck. No parking garages anywhere nearby either so if you can't find a spot you're screwed because the surrounding streets are all residential/permit parking. Only ran into one staff member (cleaning) during my stay who didn't speak any English so unless you call or message the main number you won't get any help. Temperature had dropped drastically during my stay but the heat wasn't turned on to the building until the morning so nights were cold and there were no extra blankets (had to grab one I thankfully keep in my car). I only chose this place because it was close to the convention center but next year I'll definitely look elsewhere, it's far too expensive for the headaches endured.

The room we were given was facing the road and because of what i assume was the ac or air purifier the widow was not completely closed so for an entire night we had to deal with street noises which made it almost impossible to get good rest. considering that it was not that cheap i was a disappointed

The bathroom is only shared with another room so it’s not too inconvenient. Not far from the airport

The isolation is so bad that it’s very noisy (and I sleep with noise reduction EarPods). It’s also super cold as the heater doesn’t work, only blowing cold air, and the window is thin. The room is very tiny. Worse thing is the front door keypad which didn’t work with the code the staff gave us, so we had to call the emergency number at 11pm, and the person we had on the phone ended up hanging up on us. We were left alone in the street until another nice guest heard us banging on the door and let us in. The staff didn’t give us any kind of compensation and just said they were sorry but it’s unacceptable !!!
