Very very very cold AC which couldn’t be changed

There was no breakfast. I didn’t like the location either

The shared bathrooms (I assumed hotel rooms came with bathrooms en-suite) and the extremely cold room from the AC system which was utterly uncomfortable making it difficult to sleep and causing me neck pain because of the tossing. Plus I forgot my wrist watch and sent a mail about it asking that it should be given to my colleague who was leaving after me but I got no response

Room was nice.

Checkin was extremely difficult.

Pros: good location - right across the subway and 10 min from the airport. Room was clean with a desk, iron, cupboard. Nice shared kitchen stocked with all utensils and a coffee machine and kettle. There's a very nice convenience store just downstairs on the street.

Cons: no hot water in the shower!!!! Shared bathrooms and people don't always use them in a clean and hygienic manner and cleaning staff only come in the morning. Room is very small and just enough for one person. Overall okay option if you're here to explore the city and need a place to sleep. But i found it quite overpriced considering the amenities.

The location is excellent, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

The building’s climate control is terrible. During the first three nights, I was freezing because the temperature couldn’t be adjusted from inside the room — their only solution was to offer extra blankets. After complaining again, they apparently turned off the system, but then in the morning it felt like a sauna because the air conditioning was way too hot so the experience was really uncomfortable in general.
