1-31 Excellent Location, Walk Everywhere Sleeps 3

It was very centrally located. We were able to walk, bike, or take a train anywhere! It also fit 3 comfortably. Having a microwave and fridge was very convenient.

The heater didn’t work and it was very cold. My partner also cut his toe on the exposed tile by the bathroom.

It was convenient for getting to the city centre.

Very noisy - right next to railway line and busy highway. We were only told there was no lift after paying the deposit - and we were on the third floor. The sofa bed was impossible to sleep on- really uncomfortable. The shower was almost never hot. There was no kettle in the room for tea (although there was a coffee maker). The worst thing was we discovered there were mice (or rats) - we heard them in the night and next morning saw they'd gnawed through a packet of biscuits. We then noticed sticky traps under the furniture, indicating this wasn't a new problem. When we complained we were told that it was normal for vermin to be in the building! The bathroom was reasonably clean, but the carpet in the room was dirty and covered in hairs, and there was an old pair of dirty socks under the sofa. All in all a most unpleasant experience- definitely not to be recommended!

Traveling group of three 🧳 We loved that it was clean, smelled nice, had a comfy bed and pullout couch, and was in a good location close to all the historic places we wanted to visit. The room was efficient with space, making a compact area feel spacious. There is a mini fridge and a little sink and coffee pot with free packets. We don't drink coffee, so we wish there was cocoa, but either way the little 'kitchen' area was great! There was no penetrating noise from the neighbors and the streets below were never too loud. Communication was prompt and kind.

Honestly, we loved everything. The only thing that could've made it better would be a cleaner street front/sidewalk.

The location is excellent.

Wallpaper peeling off the walls, mouse trap, tiles in shower (wall and floor) not grouted so some are loose and it smells moldy, the bathroom faucet is not securely installed, there are splatters all over the wallpaper next to the bathroom sink. Little nooks and crannies along the baseboards look dirty. The "futon" is uncomfortable and tips over when used as a bed. Should not be considered a sleeping area. Had to ask repeatedly for something to cool the living room area as the ac wasn't getting circulated through the unit. The security lock was basically pulled out of it's screws and was useless. THE PHOTOS IN THE AD WERE NOT THE UNIT WE WERE PROVIDED. There was no pull out couch. Overpriced for the condition of the unit.

- O sofa cama esta gasto,.com desníveie e dá pra sentir a madeira do sofa; - É no 3o andar, sem elevador e qdo chegamos cansados na porta do apto, nao conseguimos abrir, pq o codigo dado estava errado. Levamos uns 30min em contato c/ o anfitriao até resolver o problema;

The HVAC system, whose noise blocked the sound of Mass Pike traffic, the Orange Line, and trains. We got used to it by the third night. Both of us slept well. All the appliances worked, and the electrical outlets were plentiful.

The quality of fittings (especially in the bathroom) was poor. The linoleum on the floor is coming loose. A corner of the rug sticks up in a way that could lead to tripping. My friend and I bumped our heads on the low-hanging chandelier frequently as we got up from the sofabed. The price was exorbitant, barely explained by the festival week-end.

Property not well maintained. Bring ear plugs because ventilation system and street noise is significant. No hot water either.

The location was great!

I don’t think a king size bed should be advertised when it wasn’t a king size bed. The frame was king size but the mattress wasn’t. With that being said, I don’t think that kind of money would be worth staying there.
