good location

first when i booked the apartament it was ok then i got a message from the host that i have to go to another location to pick up the key this is not ok because if you travel without a car you have to lose a lot of time just to key the keys , after that they are printing personal information like ID , when i arrived at the apartment there was a very bad smell the beds was dirty very bad experience for the money

The shower was excellent.

Upon arrival, we noticed that the room had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard; there were cigarette butts on the floor. Additionally, the bathroom emitted an unpleasant odour reminiscent of sewage. While the internet connection was established, there was no accessible internet service. At 2:30 PM, someone entered our room without knocking. This person did not speak either German or English. At that point, I decided that the property was unsafe for my family and our documents. Consequently, I returned the key and relocated my family to a different location. I sent a message to the apartment management with my complaint, but I have not received any response.

Clean and cozy apartment.

I arrived after 6 pm, I needed to get the key at an address about 30 minutes from the apartment, already tired from the trip, I couldn't find the bus that was recommended to take to get to the apartment, I had to walk a lot and catch a train. the place where I needed to get the key had a key box where I had to enter a password that I had to charge the owner the day before, as he didn't send it, he said he would send a photo of the key on the day, but he didn't send it, I arrived at the place and I didn't know which key was, because there were several. I had to call to ask, the person who answered didn't know how to speak English. Check out was at 10 am, a man opened the door to our room without knocking at 9:40 without even knocking, we didn't even receive an apology for what happened.
