"A scavenger hunt through the city was needed to collect the keys"

Location and the appartment itself were fine. But getting in the property was TERRIBLE. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone EVER booking an appartment.

Communication. NO ONE answered the phone EVER. The office was closed and there was no way to get into the appartment or collect the keys. It turned out that an email was sent only 2 hours before arrival that the location of the keys had changed. 2 hours in advance!!! while I was driving and, therefore, did not get the message. With my family we repeatedly called with booking.com (because the appartment did not answer!) and drove around Bremen for 3 hours before we finally had the keys. And that with a 3-year-old child! The only advantage was that I traveled by car. What if I had to rely on public transportation? The location of the key was 5 knm away from the appartment and 7 km from central station. IT WAS OUTRAGEOUS!!!

It fulfilled all the expectations. The location was excellent and it was confortable and clean.

We had some issues with the WiFi, it took a while but they managed to solve it and then worked perfectly.
