Extended Stay Apartments Next to Downtown

Great space for the family to spread out.

Was completely messed that on the facility was in a ran down falling apart apartment. The blinds were missing so you had no privacy in the room. There was bug droppings on top of the refrigerator and I provided pictures of everything. They had no top sheets for the bed we had to go purchase our own sheets. There was a cigarette burn on the coffee table and it was supposedly a non-smoking apartment. There was paint missing on the wall and there is a huge hole repaired with some weird stuff in the bathtub completely ghetto no offense but unbelievably misleading. Would really prefer to get a refund but I know it's impossible.

dirty. used tampons , discarded suitecase s , couches outside. it’s in a tenement housing it felt like. dirty bedding , dirty carpets. smelled. no answer from host when we found place dirty. before one of the most complicated check in process I have ever encountered.

city , Austin is really nice .

if you wanna stay with COCKROACHES , and no laundry , that’s your place! of course their policy doesn’t allow to cancel reservation. and btw super dark apt, they did such a great pic for the booking .
