The pictures are far far different from the actual. The website says 3 bedrooms 3 bath rooms. But the actual is 1 bath room. Bathroom is downgrade of the picture in the site. Fake.

check in is bit a rip off for 3pm check in.. if i payed for the day rent and check out at 11am..

The location was quite distant from downtown. The unit, especially the cabinets, was dusty, and the extra pillows inside them need replacement due to being extremely filthy (disgusting stains!). The cookware requires replacements well. The place is situated next to a busy uphill street, resulting in excessive vehicle noise when windows are open. The photos on the website don't accurately depict the actual condition of the unit; wide-angle shots were deceiving. I paid P750 for the pet fee and was requested through Booking.com messaging to pay via GCash. However, upon arrival, the on-site attendant was not informed about the payment and did not recognize the specified recipient. 
 My early check-in request wasn't accommodated, leading to a wait despite the 11 AM check-out time.

Penthouse unit has terrace and private outdoor sitting area. Inside is a spacious open plan design. Complete kitchen facilities. Hot water in bathroom. Responsive and polite staff.

Water pressure is low. Tiles inside bathroom are slippery. Some have molds.

Alot of space for family's

After 10pm the sewer system started to smell inside the unit. A few roaches would pop up on the first days we were there. After 2days they started to go away... The water pump system was very on and off and inconsistent... And the hot water heater for shower was disappointing for the cold area..

It's perfect for family and convenience to everything.

The accommodation was great. Feels new and the facilities are great. The entertainment area on top was great too. Ca be improve buy putting a screen door at the main door and providing floor mat at entrance and in the toilet.
