The property was exactly as described. Spacious and the layout of the penthouse (the one we rented) was relaxing. Design is modern and clean with complete facilities. They even had a laundry downstairs which was handy. The caretaker Ms.Ann responds very quickly and is very helpful althroughout.

The property was along Loakan Rd., which is great accessibility-wise. But the vehicles running along Loakan Rd can also be loud especially if you have the windows open during summer. If this doesn’t bother you, then it’s great. It’s also nearby Loakan Airport, but it’s not a very busy airport, we just saw a small private plane (I think) during the whole of our stay (4 nights). It’s pretty cool to see a plane take off. One more issue we had was water, there was one day (out of 4) where we had issues with water supply. Also make sure to check which floor you’re going to stay, we rented the penthouse and this is on the 4th floor of the property, which made my parents (both senior citizens) a little short of breath (actually me too, I’m a 37F).

I loved how clean and tidy everything was in the room and the wifi worked well and the tv allowed for streaming movies.

The noise level of the area is a bit high even at night. But other than that this place was exceptional.

Pent house is huge

Run out of water when you need it after coming back from sigth seeing.

I didn’t like the location , because of the road it was so noisy my family didn’t sleep well. And they didn’t provide as electric fans
