Place are not too bad but the house is not clean and the host is not reliable. When the time we are there, the house are not ready and clean yet which is not acceptable at all.

Gooday  I'm writing this for awareness of the property owner.I booked  a 2 bedroom unit in Trailbedz with multiple beds. Booking is  Dec 29-Jan 02. Upon check in it was a very disappointing experience. We arrived 11amm and been advise to go back 3 pm which I understood. Upon check in at 3 pm, I was advised by the caretaker that I need to give additional.payment since we are more that 2 person. I was with my 1 yr old baby, 6 yr old son and 13 yr old son. We traveled over 5 hrs from Manila and it was very inconvenience to wait another hour to get in the unit. The owner email.me and thankfully was accepted to checknin with out additional  cost as per publish. Day 2 the room was not cleaned Upon return from tour and been advised to pay P 500 pesos to clean the room. This means during our 4 night stay we need to clean ourselves, I bought toilet paper and no towel change and bed sheet change nor garbage collection. I'm in the Food and beverage business for 38 yrs and the owner needs to be aware what is going on with the staff or is this the policy which I doubted. I have 3 more days to go and hopefully this will be rectified. Thanking you. There was no wifi the whole stay . As per lady care taker, it's always weak signal. Gregorio Gutierrez 

The lady care taker was not accommodating.. she made us wait for a long time due to pax count issue. She ask us more money everytime. We ask for services. 4 nights 5 days stay there was no assistance or service from the facility due to holiday season. I need to buy loilet paper for the whole stay. Towels, sheets for bed was not change for 4 days and was asking to pay more when ask for assistance to clean the room. The unit was nice though and the owner should check what's going on in his facilities. I've been a long time customer of booking.com and always received good services from the facilities except this stay. Wifi was not available the whole stay and water pressure was very weak.

The place is spacious with a great balcony view. Having the stairs inside the building also made it feel safer and more comfortable compared to nearby accommodations with outdoor staircases. The place was clean, and the bed, pillows, and sofa were comfortable. We arrived three hours earlier than check-in; while early check-in was not available, the staff were kind enough to let us leave our baggage for a while.

The kitchen tools are limited, which may be challenging if you plan to cook multiple dishes. The stairs to the upper deck (bunk bed) are also very steep, and I felt unsafe going up and down. We had no issues with the water, but the internet was not working during our stay. The staff explained this politely, although a working connection would have significantly improved our experience.

We liked the location of the property, and that the price is quite affordable for the size of the unit. It is pretty much near the town proper, and that its neighbors are kind. The water supply was good also, considering the location.

The unit was just beside the road, so the sound of the vehicles passing by woke us several time during the first night. We were, kind of, dead tired on the second night, so we were able to sleep soundly. The unit cleanliness was satisfactory, but it needs deep cleaning and minor repairs. the couch in the living room or the pillows placed there emitted a bit of scalp smell already. maybe the owner needs to have it cleaned, considering that they have a laundry shop infront of the building.

theres no wifi for our entire stay.. the location is far from the tourist spots and good restaurants…very hard to sleep because of the noise outside… the unit is clean but not advisable for senior citizens because there is no elevator..
