We wasn't able to use the TV because they said the remote was missing and wasn't able to buy a new one.

Strong Internet one of the people in our group was able to work. Value for money. Big rooms and complete facilities.

It was just a tad bit too far from the city proper but nothing that couldn't be managed.

We had a great fun celebrating our Christmas with family and friends in Trail Bedz. Ms Ann is very accommodating and polite. The place is nice and convenient for groups. A very good place to have your staycation at its best! We'll definitely come back. 🥰🥰🥰

The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen and kitchenware were complete and were very useful.

Not as cold as expected since the place is concrete instead of the usual wooden houses in Baguio

My family requested change of dates and rooms and we were accommodated as per request. The location is perfect and the facilities needed are well kept and clean.

The apartment itself is huge and appears to be fairly new.

We made a late reservation and received a message from the host acknowledging such. Upon our arrival just before 8 PM, the host informed us that we had no reservation that Booking.com must have overbooked the place. I showed the host the confirmation email and was not about to take no for an answer since this was the second time we had been told that day that a reservation we had made with Booking.com did not exist. After about an hour we were finally shown to a room. While the space was huge and looked very new, here are the problems: 1) The water pressure was very low. 2) The Wi-Fi was terrible constantly cutting in and out. 3) There were several broken windows including the two on the door leading to the balcony which had large signs on them saying, “Do not touch. Being repaired”.
