Location is good and the property is also good. But all the good things are completely erased by the lack of soundproof of the place.

I wish that I read all the reviews from previous stays - it is very clear that this place has no soundproof at all. You hear everything that is happening upstairs, including the sounds from the bathroom. The bathroom in the upstairs flat is located right above the bedroom and you hear all the peeing and farts and flushing that is happening there. We had no sleep because of the noise - not that people upstairs were loud - it is just there is NO SOUNDPROOFING in the flat.

When we arrived there was an alarm on, and the host quickly answered and came to the apartment to switch it off

The flat is in the basement, 'the bedroom' is windowless and poorly ventilated, with the bathroom pipe from the upper floor Just above the bed. The sofa bed was very dusty and in general the flat is not very clean. It would accept it if was cheaper, but in my opinion the price was too High for what we have found

Toys and game boards are provided. Kettle, oven and microwave are available.

Communication with the host was limited; check-in information was only provided in the afternoon and only after I reached out. We booked for three guests, but only a queen-size bed was prepared. I had to contact the host, search through drawers for bed linen, and make up the sofa bed myself. The "bedroom" is not a separate room but rather the entrance area of the flat, with no windows—this was not made clear in the listing. The garden is poorly maintained, and it's worth noting that the flat is located in the basement, which affects lighting and ventilation. There are very limited dining options nearby: just a small Tesco and a Chinese takeaway. A local pub owner advised going to Bangor for proper dining options. The washing machine is not in the flat but in a separate, poorly lit room next to the main entrance. Overall, the property lacks basic preparation and clarity in its description.

Bright and light living space, very close to great walking areas, nearby supermarket, well stocked kitchen, plenty of free overnight parking outside or within 5 minutes walk.

Old mattress was uncomfortable, unclean bathmat, lots of running water noise from upstairs flat (bring earplugs for sleeping), one very low entrance doorway and steep staircase.
