Che Suites Tulum

El personal, Mayra fue la encargada de mi llegada, muy atento antes, durante y después de irnos. Nos hicieron una mejora en la habitación para estar más cómodos y era inmensa! 100% recomendable

Por poner algo.....que no hay ascensor, pero es algo que creo que ocurre bastante por la zona. A tener en cuenta para gente con problemas de movilidad

The low price for Tulum is very nice. WiFi was good (strong and consistent in the coworking space upstairs) as I had to do some work while here. Suites side pool is very nice and tranquil. Property is quiet! Staff is really nice and warm! Beds are comfortable (on the hard side)

We were told that we were the only ones in our suite. Both nights around 3am someone came LOUDLY into the shared area, banged around for a few minutes, and left, slamming the door. My girlfriend was terrified. Whatever this was is unacceptable. They may have security issues, we couldn’t figure out what was going on as this person wasn’t leaving any trace. Additionally, we were on the first floor. There’s another property right behind and above where we stayed. The blinds didn’t properly close so people could look in if they wanted. Female travelers should be cautious. Our suite was supposed to have an air conditioned area with a couch and TV, but it was closed off. We had to do some work on small things such as getting the bathroom window to close so the room could cool down at night with AC. You might need to be a bit handy, which we don’t mind, but may be a negative for others. We had a better experience here before, and we hope others do too!

Me encantó. El jacuzzi en la terraza la piscina abajo. El espacio limpio y amplio, la atención buenísima y muy cercana. Gracias a tod el equipo. Será un placer volver

El teléfono de booking estaba equivocado. Pero se solucionó bien. Me atendieron en la recepción de enfrente.

Appartamenti ampi e bellissimi. Mayra è stata più che accogliente e gentile. Stanze giganti e letti molto comodi. Bagno altrettanto grande con tutti i comfort.

Sarebbe utile ci fossero stati dei ganci a muro dove poter appendere i vestiti.

Mayra is a.great hostess! Very friendly réactive and has some great suggestions, also helps you get to know mexico by sharing first hand knowledge!

Басейнът не беше почистен и не можеше да се използва.

Mayra did a great Job explaining everything and also the room was really nice.
