AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The villas are NOTHING like the pictures- run down, mouldy, loud and smelly. We stayed for 2 nights and asked that someone fix the drains in the bathroom as they smelt very strongly and would not drain. To fix this, they lit incense and poured chlorine down which just covered up the smell, but did not fix the problem. There are wooden doors which do not seal properly and bang loudly all night. You can also hear everything your neighbours say as the walls are so thin. Don’t stay here if you like to sleep! When I asked them if they could help with the door they said “this is Bali- it’s windy!” and that there was nothing they could do. Between the stained sheets, mould and smelly drains, it did not feel clean at all. I never complain but we ended up leaving early as this villa felt so unsanitary and the staff were no help. I have seen them reply to reviews saying they did all they can but honestly please heed the other reviews saying the same and that the villas are run down and dirty- find somewhere else to stay!! When I complained to booking.com asking for a refund of the night we left the villa refused and said they offered me an upgrade which never happened!!! Avoid!

Unhappy with the service here. The room is poorly maintained 1. The bathroom smells, the basin is blocked, and no daily cleaning is happening. 2. The breakfast isn't good and the caretaker has been quite unhelpful. 3. It was booked for honey moon and decoaration was promised but they didnt do
