Kiki Village Private Villas

Le logement était plutôt calme, nous avions une piscine privative. Nous avions très bien dormi et nous avons pu avoir le logement suite à une annulation d'un autre logement. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bon

Le seul bémol, à été le cumulus qui était trop petit. L'eau chaude ne dure que 5 petites minutes

Excellent séjour à Kiki Village ! La villa est magnifique, propre et très bien équipée, avec une piscine privée parfaite pour se détendre. Le personnel est adorable et toujours disponible. L’endroit est calme tout en étant proche des restaurants et de la plage. Un vrai petit coin de paradis à Canggu — je recommande vivement ! 🌴✨

❌ Absolutely terrible experience – avoid this place at all costs! ❌ I stayed here in July 2025 and it was a complete nightmare. The villa was dirty, full of mold (to which I am allergic), there were hairs in the pool, and the whole place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Nothing matched the pictures or description. The conditions were so bad that we had no choice but to leave and move to another accommodation. When I confronted the staff, they promised me a full refund – I even have screenshots of this agreement. But instead of honoring their word, they kept changing their story, inventing excuses about “late cancellation.” After long discussions, they said they would at least return 1,940,000 IDR – but in the end they didn’t send even that smaller amount. Even Booking.com tried to contact them several times, but the property simply ignored all communication and played it off. This is not just unprofessional, it is dishonest and misleading conduct. ⚠️ This property should not even be allowed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress, money, and health risks – DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA.

It was very great, it exceeded our expectation and the host is very responsive and helpful. We are on our anniversary trip so they designed the place for us. Will probably come back here next time we are in bali!

It was clean and nice to stay in

Heel erge schone villatje, alles was goed geregeld. Het personeel is vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. De kamer was erg schoon en voorzien met airco. Het zwembad had schoon helder water met comfortabele ligbedjes om in te zonnen.

Nous avons adoré ce logement. Notre coup de cœur de notre voyage.
