Would make it much better if they would provide equal amount of facility in all rooms. Like we had microwave and washing machine in 1 room but not in other one.

Finding public parking space is a tricky thing. Also, as its overcrowded building, lots of tourists and visitors, so expect rush and crowded lifts. You may have to wait for 10-15 minutes at peak hours, just to use lift. But as it was only on 6th floor, going down via stairs was a quicker option.

INIt’s clean and good fecilty and great location.we really enjoy and stay two days here this apartment.then the owner was also very kind person and he have more flats in same buliding and near apartment.
Property stands main area of Batumi and it is really feel well and relax well.so we are stay two days calm and cool.
