USthe property is centrally located opposite to the Batumi beach and dancing fountain. Close to restaurants, fast food(McDonald’s) and grocery stores(SPAR). The property owner is very friendly and provided all amenities for our stay. The suite has Sea View, fountain view and street view, all visible from balcony and from the room.

AEActually, their response of any missing items was exceptional, for example, microwave was not available, but he brought it within two hours and brand new one. Moreover, their response for messages was within few minutes. it is recommended.
CYKocha is an excellent host! Our stay was perfect 🥰 Note that though all the apartments in Orbi look the same, they are located in different parts of the building. So, every room will have a specific view and noise level. We didn’t get it browsing the available apartments and accidentally booked a room on the sixth floor. And Kocha seeing our disappointment has proposed another available room on the 37th floor. So we were absolutely delighted!
