GA Living Suites - Knox District Uptown Dallas

Horrible experience. I tried checked in after 3pm and they still were not ready, I had to wait on they guy to get there. They also asked for a $250 deposit that I was not aware of until after I booked, once I sent the deposit and arrived to the site, they demanded that I pay in cash which I would not do. The walls are very thin you literally hear everything from the neighbors to cars passing by. And lastly there were small black bugs in the bed and in the towels. I had to leave early and reported it to them and they didn’t even address the issue.

The Host Scammed me out of my deposit money.

The location was great. The rooms were spacious.

The loud tenants and the matter of the property manager isn't available every day to handle issues. Situations that are emergency matters, they are hard to reach

There was apparently a mess up on my reservation. The host was extremely rude, trying fixing this by sending us across Dallas to another location. This was not the part of Dallas that I needed to be in the building was old and trashed out next to the homeless shelter. They demanded another $100 for the security deposit before u could evensee where they wanted me to stay. No, I did not feel comfortable giving them more money without Seeing what u was getting. The 2 men were rude as hell to Mr and he kept saying go get my $100. This place stinks, and is old. There is no way thus place would be in code. I will never trust booking.com again..I paid $142 and didn't even stay here. I had to sleep in my car because they would not refund me
