GA Living Suites - Knox District Uptown Dallas

In regards to central location it was good. The pool was small, but nice.

I thought I had booked a multi-room suite in a hotel. Instead it was 2 apts on different floors. The elevator is a country mile from the apts. The initial building entrance instructions are incorrect. There were several items in both apartments that were broken/unusable. The walls need painted. Not enough in the kitchen to adequately cook and eat. Not enough toilet paper and paper towels. Not enough towels for a family. Garbage disposal was broke; sink kept backing up; one hide-a-bed was broke. Could not get washer/dryer to work. Not really a kid place. Most people were young singles. Owners did not respond to broken issues during stay. We had to figure out parking and keys fob uses on our own. I would not book there again.

The location was nice.

Whoever is the overseer told us what temperature we could have the ac and the pits and pans were the smallest you could have with kids that did not match. They expected us to wait around for them to fix something we told them about on day one.

I will never stay there again. I got the run around about getting my apartment number when I arrived. I was assigned a parking spot in a locked garage and my car was broken into on the first night my passenger front window was broken out. There was a roach in the bathroom and bedroom. My gucci tennis shoes were stolen. GA properties was notified of all these incidents and did nothing about it.
