the property is infested with bed bugs and the mgt. was aware because there was bed bug spray under the kitchen sink. Im expecting a full refund from booking.com and have advised them not to rent the property to anyone until the problem has been addressed.

Apartment was nice no tv in bedroom area

No tv in bedroom area AND the miscommunication with who ever the owners are

The apartment was dirty and there were bed bugs on couch and bed! AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE S REFUND!

they took deposit 250 and didn’t gave it back, they didn’t even give me key for enter in building, only after 4-5 days, the apartments was ok, but experience and serve was awful, they didn’t even clean apartment before I came, and when I told them they told me like we will send you tomorrow but nobody haven’t come, so that told me everything about serve and I’ll never will recommend it and I’ll never come back there

Infested with bed bugs! Could sleep there and still didn’t receive a refund. The bed was super old and uncomfortable. Super run down, dirty apartment. parking spot in garage doesn’t exist. Have to find parking before being able to park in garage. Requires $250 deposit which they take a long time to refund and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get it back. Everyone in charge of this place is incompetent and doesn’t know the first thing about running a hotel. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Even motel 6 is better that this place!

Infested with bed bugs, super old and dirty.

I got over 90+ bedbug bites from their infested sheets and mattresses. The management was unapologetic and did not offer me a refund. I will no longer be using booking.com as a result of this experience.
