I booked this place for my friend who had a pipe burst in her apartment and she wanted a place near uptown.The staff gave her a very hard time starting from the day the I booked it for her.First of all when you book online it says that the deposit will be credited from the credit card but this guys will force you to use zelle or cash app or something.I called booking.com about this situation with the security deposit then tbe booking.com agent talked to the owners about this situation and that they agreed to take it on credit card but when my friend was checking in they told they cant take it from credit card .My friend in such a situation had to pay the deposit in zelle.After that these people gave us different apartment from which they were supposed to give.The door lock was making noise so we asked them to change the battery.So when the guy came to change the battery he didn't knock he knew the code so he walked in without knocking. The second day the same situation happened but it was because the owners gave us the wrong apartment and someone else who would've booked was trying to come in. This place is literally a mental torture.Then the main problem comes when you have to take your deposit back. They will give you the hardest time of your life for that. The owner told us to give a good review and then only be would give the deposit back.He was literally forcing us to give food reviews.He Literally used these words for my friend that" YOU HAVE TYPICAL INDIAN MENTALITY" My friend was already in a bad situation with her apartment and these guys made it worse for her. All the people you're gonna talk to in this property are rude I Don't KNOW WHY THIS PLACE IS ON BOOKING.COM AFTER SUCH BAD REVIEWS.

They will not return your deposit!! DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY!! THEY WILL MAKE IT A NIGHTMARE TO GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK..
