"BEDBUGS! I had to report the apartment to the building manager and health department. BEDBUGS, HORRIFIC, UNETHICAL"

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! None of the pictures match the apartments and I was able to see 3 because I had to be moved due to unsafe/ unsatisfactory conditions. I notified them of BEDBUGS and they took no action. So I hand to report them to the health department compliance inspector and the upper managers in the building. I can honestly say this was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. The worst part is that they were still trying to book a new person to stay in the same apartment KNOWING IT HAD BEDBUGS after I advised. I almost never write reviews, but this situation has caused me to write my first review.

STOP! BEDBUGS! I have pictures and videos… in addition to actual bedbug bites all over my arms from a 4 night stay! UNSANITARY AND UNETHICAL COMPANY. The entire experience was horrendous. Unfortunately, I had to report this company to the building managers, bookings.com and owners as well as the health department due to BEDBUGS! They completely stopped communicating with me after I advised them about the bedbugs and provided pictures and videos while I was still in the apartment. Was moved to 3 different apartment units, APARTMENT 549, 337, and 632. I had a child with me and the first room provided had a broken bed dirty carpet, walls and filthy patio. We paid for a one bedroom apartment with a patio and the second apartment they provided was a studio and did not have a patio, and the third apartment had BEDBUGS AND COMPLETELY NOT UP TO CODE. The customer service was horrible and they constantly ignored me then randomly followed up saying someone would call me. They only responded to me whenever I said I would have to go go downstairs and contact someone from the facility sent. There was a lack of communication with them directly. They bluntly stated they would not refund me or give my deposit the night before I was to leave. AFTER I reported them they then proceeded to lie and say that I broke house rules. Thankfully I recorded my entire experience from beginning to end. Which completely contradicts their false allegations. I also ensured that the facility manager saw the bite marks on my body before I left.

Nice

The bed slats were not screwed in so the middle of the bed was sunken in so my back was hurting and I slept on the couch the rest of the nights

Great location and privacy

Host is a scammer and will not return security deposit. Very rude over the phone, once he did answer. All of the entry instructions were incorrect, as well as wifi information

You will not get your deposit back $250 It’s been five times I stayed at this property each time was problem to get deposit back. Until I paid with PayPal, I could claim money and PayPal was able to refund my money back , but last time they pretend it deposit only with Zelle which is not refundable and I’m struggling to get my money back.
