Great location.

I did not get the apartment I booked, i booked an apartment with a pull out couch and a balcony and I got neither. The blinds were broken and wall decor was broken. Even though it looked clean it smelled dirty. Walls were filthy. And the company was not clear on their deposit policy, I had to get booking involved to get it straight.

They ask for a 250 “refundable” deposit and never return it nor do they give you a reason why they dont return it

It was close to the Baylor hospital

Everything in the apartment is not kept up! Bed was HORRIBLE and place wasn’t very clean! To get our deposit back we literally had to call them every single day at every hour my husband was calling and would give us all the excuses!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The bed was broken, I was informed that I would be moved to another place the next day I filled out paperwork for another apartment we I got do and ask for the new apartment code they told me there was not any apartment available. I still have to received my deposit and it has been 4 weeks

Nice area, safe, clean

Still haven’t received my security deposit 5 days post the stay. Management was not professional, didn’t provide information for apartment until 6 minutes before check in and I had to ask. When I called, they texted me that they were busy and to text them. Completely unprofessional.

Area was nice

It is a Studio apartment. It is not what they say it is .. requires 250$ deposit that I haven’t received and it has been 72 hours. When I got to door the lock box code was wrong I had to call and was on hold for 10 mins before getting code

Location

They gave me what wrong room and I paid for a higher room and nobody took it seriously and never got the room I actually paid for

Nothing

They never refund me $250 deposit.
