A lot of great restaurants near by.

There is no reception. They communicate with automated msg over booking. I could not enter my room for 5 hours after checkin because they keep on sending me the wrong room or room pin. Luckily I manage to find a person in the street who was helpful to call them (also automated) and to finally get a real human from to give me the correct PIN for my room. Later I found out that 3 more guest had the same problems with their accommodations. The worse thing is that they don’t see any problem with this issue.

メゾネットになっているため部屋の天井が高く、内装もスッキリとしていて良かったです。 また周辺に飲食店などが多く、周辺エリアのおすすめなどもまとめてくれているので、その点も非常に良かったと思います。

バスタブと洗面所の排水が非常に悪かったためオーナーさんに連絡しましたが、やり取りの途中で終わってしまい、結局最後まで洗面台が使用できませんでした。 設備が悪くなるのは問題ないのですが、対応できるか否かの回答を待っていたので、この点のみ残念です。

I enjoyed myself

The hosts are always ready to help you and very quick to respond. Any unexpected issues would be solved, so I highly recommend this place(actually this is my second visit here)

Some facility issue happened. But I really appreciate how the hosts did their best.

This is in a great location, right next to the art district and easy walk to the many bars, which is what we were here for. Check-in was easy, we were able to use the code even though it was late when we got home. Despite the proximity to the art district it was quiet overnight and we slept well.

Great location, excellent staff and communication, clean facilities and exactly as described.

I like how clean and spacious the rooms are. Locations is perfect for me when I’m in town.

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property.
