Unit. Curtains were very dusty, everyone had nose allegies after moving in. Knowing the place was being rented, the broken bathroom mixer handle was left as is. Main door doesnt close properly , have to slam the door. Fridge is noisy at night, all kinds of sounds from the fridge Bidet for wc was not installed. x1 light switch faulty and was sparking. Toilet window faulty, and its facing a corridor, this should be taken care off for safety of female tenants. Estate   Unfriendly maintenance staff. Did not even greet back. Exterior walls are run down. Has dogs roaming the estate and beach. One lift was working, the other seems infinitely in maintenance.

Almost all the units at the block are empty and there was no human walking around or swimming at the nice pool...it was really spooky and eerie....when I enter the unit there was a zikir plug and that make it even more spooky....I straight away check out on the spot eventhough my money was not refunded for that 3 days 2 nights booking.

I liked how easy it was to communicate with the host. We were greeted upon arrival, and the host was very responsive. We also enjoyed the pool, where our son could swim and play on small toboggans for kids. The apartment was clean.

The development ( Tiara Residence) needs some maintenance and renovation. The overall condition of the residence common areas required improvement—some railings were missing on the stairs, which was concerning for our 3-year-old son. We didn't realize it wasn't a hotel, so that may have been our mistake. The restaurant offered only a few breakfast options, and the Wi-Fi was not great.
